This case is one of a number of cases transferred to the Tribunal from the High Court pursuant to an Order of the Chancellor of the High Court dated 7 April 2022 (the “Transfer Order”). The Transfer Order was subsequently varied by an Order of the High Court made by Mr Justice Marcus Smith on 28 June 2022.

All cases transferred to the Tribunal pursuant to the Transfer Order involve claims against entities in the Visa and/Mastercard group of companies in respect of alleged interchange fee overcharges.
